CALPAK products are built to travel with you. We stand behind our luggage, bags, and organizers with a limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What's covered

• Zippers, wheels, handles, and hardware that fail under normal use
• Seams or fabric defects present at purchase or that appear with ordinary travel

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, or airline mishandling
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
• Personalized items, unless the defect is unrelated to personalization
